Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a user-friendly, smart parking system that can be implemented for off-street parking lots and structures, and on-street parking spaces; Provide parking guidance for users assisted by clear and simple directions and providing real-time information of parking spot availability on a mobile platform, Variable Message Signs, and website; Develop an online digital payment system to improve revenue collection; Provide an Electronic Enforcement system to check if a vehicle has paid for parking and flag / tag violating vehicles; Develop strategies and programs to address downtown needs, including, but not limited to: parking management, employee parking programs, education, and marketing materials.
