Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Clerk of the Works (COTW) Services for the State House HVAC System Upgrades, Montpelier, Vermont. 1.1.1. This will be a phased project with construction taking place from approximately the end of May until mid-December in 2022 and 2023, and possibly 2024. The COTW will be required to make daily inspections when the contractor is working but will not be required to be on site the entire workday. COTW shall be on site to coordinate with the building occupants as required and to observe critical work. 1.1.2. It is expected that the majority of the work will be performed during the typical workday hours, Monday through Friday, however there is also the possibility that limited off-hours or weekend work may be required.
