Specifications include, but are not limited to: No later than August 31 of each year, the awarded contractor must provide a comprehensive annual reportshowing all LEAs and campuses that offered AP and AP Capstone exams in the prior school year. The reportmust include LEA name and county-district number, campus name and county-district-campus number, the totalnumber of exams taken at each campus, and the total number of exam subsidies at each campus. The reportmust also include a total amount subsidized for each campus as well as the total amount due from all campusescombined. Finally, the report must include a copy of each campus/district invoice certifying the campus/districtreceived credit for the amount of each exam subsidy.
