Specifications include, but are not limited to: Support division staff by providing right-of-way survey services, title research, appraisal, appraisal review, acquisition support, relocation support, property management support, utility coordination, oversight for acquisitions and relocations, and training of division staff. • Assign personnel that have sufficient working knowledge of applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Nevada Administrative Code (NAC), Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), and industry standard practice related to right-of-way services. • Report to the Chief Right-of-Way Agent or their assigned designee and be available to provide on-call support to the Chief or said assigned designee during business hours. • Maintain complete and accurate records for all work performed on each project and/or task assigned. • Coordinate with the Right-of-Way Staff Specialists to create training programs and modules and materials covering State and Federal laws governing right-of-way activities. • Provide close coordination and regular interaction with division Right-of-Way agents, supervisors, and administration to ensure smooth operation of Right-of-Way processes. • Conduct meetings/ workshops as required for discussion of Right-of-Way processes. • Participate in Right-of-Way setting meetings.
