Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor (s) will provide tutoring services to students who attend the Christina School District in the 2022-2023 school year. The vendor(s) will: 1. Provide on-site and/or virtual tutoring instruction for Reading, Math, Social Studies and/or Science 1. During the school hours 2. Outside of school hours 3. Summer programs 2. Provide instructional support for school work and implement instructional resources approved by the Christina School District 3. Provide staffing prior to the start of the program 4. Follow a student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 plan or similar document 5. Show growth in students’ skills, as evidenced by their performance on a pre and post assessment, or other formative assessment 6. Communicate and engage with guardians about their child’s progress. Vendors may also provide workshops for guardians. 7. Coordinate the Christina School District registration forms with the school administration. Registrations will be accepted on an ongoing basis. 8. Create, maintain and adjust the tutoring schedule, as necessary 1. Sessions will be at least 45 minutes in length, or as determined by the school staff 2. Students may be scheduled in small groups; single-grade groupings, preferred 9. Provide progress reports for individuals mid-year, end of year and end-of-summer, as necessary; additional reports, as requested 10. Provide summary and/or end-of-year data reports; additional reports, as requested 11. Submit a report of students tutored. The report should include names, student ID numbers, content, days/hours, teachers’ names, or similar report. This report will be submitted at least bi-weekly.
