Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1.1 The Vendor shall provide Resident Haircut services at least once a month, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am – 2:00pm.; 4.1.1.2 The vendor will be providing an estimated thirty (30) haircuts a month at the facility.; 4.1.1.3 The vendor must provide their own tools.; 4.1.1.4 The vendor must be able to cut all hair types, including male and female hair.; 4.1.1.5 Vendor must clean up and sanitize the area upon completion.; 4.1.1.6 The working environment is an operational juvenile facility. All work related to this contract must be conducted in accordance with all WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation protocol for working within an operational facility.; 4.1.1.7 The vendor must pass a Background Check
