Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Mowing and trimming of grass (4” maximum height) minimum of once per week or more often as needed to maintain the maximum height requirement.; 2.2. Maximum of three (3) days for completion of mowing and trimming per week (weather permitting).; 2.3. Grass pickup and disposal as needed or as requested by MDT personnel.; 2.4. Litter pickup and disposal minimum of once per week or more often as necessary to maintain litter free area.; 2.5. Monitoring of irrigation system is required. Report any deficiencies by contacting the Department’s Maintenance Superintendent at (406) 494-9628.; 2.6. Watering of grass (automatic timers) will be set by MDT personnel. Any intent to change times must be approved by contacting the Department’s Maintenance Superintendent at (406) 494- 9628.; 2.7. Hillsides/slopes that are too steep to mow must be kept trimmed.; 2.8. The Contractor agrees to furnish labor, materials (except as specified below) and equipment necessary to provide lawn and grounds maintenance services. The Department agrees to furnish only the following: 2.8.1. All sprinkler parts; 2.8.2. Fertilization of lawn areas; 2.8.3. Chemical weed control of the areas; 2.8.4. Gopher/mole control
