Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Service Category A – Market and Competitor Research Services, including tasks for potentially large-scale projects such as, but not limited to, the following: Provide preliminary, market intelligence and competitor analysis for specified technology, using customer-defined report templates or guidelines. Research and identify potential commercially available competing technologies, including identifying technology strengths or weaknesses in features. Identify and provide estimates for the commercial application of the technology including potential end-users. Provide market landscape research including market size, growth outlook, concentration levels, key players and disruptors, and other relevant market indicators. Provide summary, conclusions, and recommendations for future actions with emphasis on risk, priority, cost, and timeline. Provide information that assists identification of potential partners, including research and development partners, potential licensees, and contract manufacturers. Document research methodology used to derive the findings. 2.2 Service Category B – Qualitative Primary Research Services, including tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Develop in-depth interview (IDI) and Focus Group question sets and moderation guides. Identify and recruit IDI and Focus Group participants, including subject matter experts (SMEs), technology end-users, and other relevant stakeholders as required by specific projects and assignments. Conduct one-on-one, in-depth Interviews (IDI) via telephone, video meeting, or in person, as required for specific projects and assignments. Conduct, moderate and facilitate in-person, small focus groups as required for specific projects and assignments. Note: Online focus groups are not required as part of this RFP. Provide analysis and insights from IDIs and Focus Groups using customer-defined report templates or guidelines.
