Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of Water, Sewer, Storm and Street Improvement District No. 2022-6 (Southdale Farms Fourth Addition) and Water, Sewer, Storm and Street Improvement District No. 2022-7 (Southdale Farms Fifth Addition); consisting of sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer services, watermain, water services, storm sewer, stormwater services, edge drain, hot bituminous asphalt streets, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk / shared-use path, signage, seeding, lighting, detectable warning panels and and other miscellaneous items. The project will consist of the following items: Unclassified Excavation Seeding and Hydro Mulch/Straw Mulch Aggregate Base Course Class 5 FAA43 Hot Bituminous Pavement Concrete Storm Sewer Various Sizes PVC Sanitary Sewer Various Sizes PVC C900 Watermain Various Sizes Curb & Gutter Street Lighting System Traffic Control and all miscellaneous work necessary therefor and incidental thereto.
