Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kinney Bungalow currently owns their tables and chairs but rents tents, as needed. The vendor shall provide service in accordance with the following: 1. Pick-up and delivery is to be included in the unit bid prices and may not be invoiced separately. 2. Tent deliveries and pickups MUST occur daily before 10:00 AM. 3. Access inside the venue will not be permitted or available at any time. 4. Bid price shall include the setup, breakdown, and sidewalls for the tent requested. 5. Bid price shall include the cost associated with state permits through the Town of Narragansett. 6. Bid price shall include all State-required emergency lighting, signage and fire safety equipment.
