Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Replace AHU/ACCU-5 B. Rebalance exhaust system C. Balance supply and return systems after new AHU installed D. Provide new temperature/humidity sensor E. Interlock existing duct heater to AHU via factory mounted DDC Controller F. Clean all exterior grilles (outside air intake, exhaust) G. Clean all externally lined ductwork. Repair any damaged insulation. H. Replace internally lined ductwork. Replace flex duct. I. Ensure doors are not being left open or held open for long periods to time which may cause humidity concerns depending on outdoor conditions. J. Remove stucco from breezeway. Replace with beadboard with 3ftx4ft hinged, lockable access panel. K. Repair/replace/add plywood attic walk path as needed. L. Label all electrical panels and panel schedules.
