Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Vendor shall be responsible for providing services as described in section 2.4 of this solicitation.; B. Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation. CAW shall have the right to amend specifications and requirements, to add or remove service locations, and to add or remove any services offered by the vendor under the scope of this contract, based on revisions in federal, State, and/or local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of CAW. Vendor and CAW shall come to a written agreement regarding negotiated cost for such changes.; C. All items listed below are value-added components of a complete risk management and insurance program that CAW wishes to examine and determine the potential benefits of these services to the Utility.; Please indicate any extra costs associated with each item, if necessary.; 1. Loss Control & Safety Training: a. On site visitation of facilities and risk analysis; b. Awareness training; c. Awareness through safety bulletins and newsletters; d. Automobile driver training; 2. Employment Practice Helpline: a. Legal advice on employment practices issues; b. Advice in writing; 3. Property Appraisals: a. Building valuations; b. Flood zone determination; 4. Brokerage Services: a. Insurance Coverage Advice; b. Certificate of Insurance issuance; c. Review of contracts and indemnity agreements; d. General risk management advice
