Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed scope of work shall include the creation of a web-based, map enabled solution that allows water system staff or their representatives to enter GIS type data and upload electronic documents to support the requirements of the USEPA LCRR. The solution shall be compatible with a Microsoft Excel based LSL Inventory Template and must integrate with the NHDES data systems including, Oracle, SQL Server Database via ESRI Arc Server using table and point feature classes and web services. NHDES has prepared a draft LSL Inventory Template to be used as an outline during the creation of the solution. A new template shall be created to ensure the two tools perform cohesively. The NHDES draft LSL Inventory Template is included in Appendix C. The water systems must be able to provide NHDES with inventory information as required by Section 141, Subpart I of Title 40 of the US Code of Federal Regulations through the use of the proposed solution
