Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. On a daily basis, janitorial services shall include the following minimum duties: 1) Interior and Exterior General Areas: a) Pick up trash and litter in interior and exterior areas. ; b) Empty interior and exterior trash cans and replace the used trash bags/can liners with new bags/liners.; c) Empty exterior cigarette receptacles and ensure surrounding area is free of discarded cigarette butts.; d) Clean interior flooring as follows: • Spot clean soiled area as needed.; • Vacuum all carpeted areas.; • Sweep and mop all interior tile flooring.; e) Sweep exterior sidewalks and walkways.; 2) Interior Horizontal Surfaces – Dust all work surfaces, countertops and horizontal surfaces.; 3) Restrooms – Clean restrooms as follows: a) Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals and lavatories.; b) Sweep and sanitize/mop floors.; c) Refill/supply toilet paper, soap and paper towel dispensers.; d) Clean and maintain all related accessories such as mirrors.; e) Empty sanitary receptacles.; f) Clean walls and stall partitions.; 4) Drinking Fountains – Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.; 5) Break Room – Clean break room as follows: a) Clean and sanitize sink, countertop, table and chairs.; b) Sweep and mop floors.; 6) Security Glass – Clean both sides of security glass at all workstations and camera stations.; b. On a monthly basis, wash/clean windows, both the interior and the exterior.; c. On a quarterly basis, clean blinds, window coverings, and light fixtures.
