Specifications include, but are not limited to: 10.1. The first annual preventative maintenance for each video display system shall be performed no more than twelve (12) months from the time of initial installation.; 10.2. The second, third, and fourth annual preventative maintenance for each video display system shall be performed no more than twelve (12) months from the time of the previous annual maintenance.; 10.3. Annual preventative maintenance shall be scheduled in advance by the SERVICE PROVIDER through the contact person for each facility. The contact information will be provided to the SERVICE PROVIDER at the beginning of the project.; 10.4. During each annual preventive maintenance visit, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall perform the following services: 10.4.1. Professional cleaning of the front and back video display; and 10.4.2. Complete operational check of the system functions; and 10.4.3. Complete functional check of all system operations; and 10.4.4. Upgrade firmware and software to the latest version if needed; and 10.4.5. Perform a detailed inspection and testing of system components based on manufacturer specifications and best practices; 10.4.6. Adjustment of levels and equalization of equipment settings as required to maintain and optimize overall system performance; and 10.4.7. Backup all scenarios on the system; and 10.4.8. Verify all labeling is present and correct for equipment, devices, and cabling; and 10.4.9. Inspect and repair any faulty wiring or connections; and 10.4.10. Update the inventory list and as-builts if new components are installed; and 10.4.11. Provide a detailed service report to the DEPARTMENT and TMC technician and the DEPARTMENT Project Manager within five (5) days of completion of service.; 10.5. If abnormal operating conditions are noted during annual maintenance and the repair cannot be accomplished during the visit, another repair visit will be scheduled to correct the noted issue.
