As per State of New Hampshire Administrative Rules Adm 606.04 Delivery, “Goods that are delivered in a damaged condition shall not be accepted and the vendor shall assume all costs and expenses associated with the return of those goods. The vendor shall, at its sole expense, immediately replace any goods delivered in a damaged condition.” - The manufacturer or seller shall provide documentation that each instrument or device is “listed and labeled” (as defined in the 2017 National Electrical Code NEC, adopted in NH on January 1, 2018) by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL, as established in 29 CFR 1910.7 Definition and requirements for a nationally recognized testing laboratory) and specifically listed at the OSHA NRTL program website https://www.osha.gov/dts/otpca/nrtl/nrtllist.html.
