Specifications include, but are not limited to: deliver, spread and grade Class 1 aggregate on Mud Lake Road CR139 on the Mud Goose Wildlife Management Area near Deer River, MN; The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to deliver, spread and grade Class 1 aggregate on Mud Lake Road CR139 on the Mud Goose Wildlife Management Area near Deer River, MN. Project is split into two jobs: • Job #1 = aggregate delivery and dump spread.; • Job #2 = grading; Job #1: Deliver and dump and truck spread class 1 (modified) aggregate to the specified final gravel depths to the Mud Lake Road CR139 on the Mud Goose Wildlife Management Area (WMA) near Deer River MN. Aggregate consists of up to approximately 2705 cubic yards of Class 1 (modified) gravel. Bids must be submitted on a PER CUBIC YARD of Class 1(modified) delivered, hauled and spread basis to include all activities completed as specified in this document. Work will be completed up to the maximum number of cubic yards delivered and spread based on the accepted low bid rounded to the nearest full cubic yard. The Project supervisor will identify the road segments to be graveled up to the maximum number of cubic yards of class 1 (modified) gravel per available funding.; Job # 2 is for a road grader to grade approximately 2.15 miles (11,385 linear feet) of access road on the Mud Lake WMA, to the specified depths in progression as gravel is delivered and or after gravel delivery is complete. Bids must be submitted on a per mile basis.;
