Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall perform professional towing and storage services in accordance with Appendix A-Scope of Services, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. B. Anchorage shall not allow any claim for services other than those described in this section. However, the Contractor may provide, at its own expense, any other services that are consistent with this contract. C. Contractor is not authorized to provide any information in response to any public inquiries about the details of any impounded vehicle, occupant(s) arrested, or their personal knowledge of the on-scene incident. If Contractor is contacted for information, he or she shall refer the inquirer to the Anchorage Police Department Administrative Manager at melinda.mcculley@anchorageak.gov or 907-786- 8892. D. The Contractor shall at all times maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this contract. When hiring personnel, the Contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the work force are required and essential to perform professional towing and storage services in accordance with Appendix A-Scope of Services. E. The Contractor shall provide services as an independent Contractor to the Municipality. Except as this contract provided otherwise, the Municipality shall not supervise or direct the Contractor.
