Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Verification Services: The successful bidder will be responsible for providing requirements-based independent integration testing services covering all application systems under test. These services will be derived from industry best practices and established quality control principles, and all verification artifacts will be based on the approved allocation and prioritized requirements. These will include: a. Review processes, documents and related artifacts produced as part of the planning, design, development, implementation, testing, training, and support efforts of the HRMS modernization project. ; b. Review of deliverable quality of project documents/artifacts, including but not limited to: i. Project Charter, ; ii. Human Resources Plan, ; iii. Risk Management, ; iv. Scope Management Plan, ; v. Work Breakdown Structure; c. Development of a Verification Strategy documenting all necessary components including, but not limited to, the objectives, scope, approach, standards and procedures to be used in the verification effort.; d. Implementation of automated testing tools and related standards and procedures; e. Development and execution of various test artifacts (test scenarios, test runs, test cases, and test scripts); f. Administrative activities and tasks in support of the verification effort.; 2. Validation Services: The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing validation support services to the HRMS Project to ensure that all appropriate business issues and requirements have been satisfactorily addressed. The validation services will ensure that the new HRMS system will meet the current and planned business need. Additionally, the bidder will ensure that all necessary training, policy, process and procedural changes have been defined and implemented by the HRMS Project. ; In general, these validation services will include: a. Review of the current business environment, policies, processes and procedures, including workflow and forms; b. Development of a testing strategy to define and support the validation efforts; c. Ensure the training plan encompasses the new system, as well as attendant policies, processes and procedures.; d. Administrative activities and tasks in support of the validation effort.
