Specifications include, but are not limited to: The technical assistance program is intended to optimize cost savings and environmental benefits of electric school bus deployments by Montana school districts and school bus fleet contractors, and to provide fleet managers and schools the support they need to integrate electric school buses into their operations. It is anticipated that the technical assistance program will initially be available to four Montana districts and contractors that have or are currently procuring electric school buses, with the potential to expand the services to an additional five districts. The duration of the technical assistance program will be the third quarter of 2022 through the second quarter of 2024.
