Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The current estimated cleanable square footage at bid issuance date for the MSM building is 105,362 square feet. 1. The estimated cleanable square footage of 105,362 may change prior to the contract becoming effective on July 1, 2022. The Prospective Contractor will be notified of any square footage changes prior to July 1, 2022. 2. The estimated square footage for carpeted areas is 72,770. 3. The estimated square footage for tile floors is 28,640. 4. The estimated square footage for Stairs/other cleaning areas 3,952. B. TSS/DBA reserves the right to increase or decrease the estimated cleanable square footage based on construction requirements, the needs of TSS/DBA, and/or unknown requirements at the time of this IFB.
