The Contractor shall respond by phone and/or email to TSS/DBA’s inquiries/complaints and any other issues regarding a janitorial staff related issue or function within two (2) business hours of receipt. 2. The Contractor shall provide the janitorial services addressed in the complaint and rectify the complaint within eight (8) business hours or at a time determined by TSS/DBA and to TSS/DBA’s satisfaction for all daily and weekly janitorial services. 3. The Contractor shall provide the janitorial services addressed in the complaint and rectify the complaint within twenty-four (24) business hours or at a time determined by TSS/DBA and to TSS/DBA’s satisfaction for monthly and semi-annual janitorial services. 4. The Contractor shall take all reasonable measures and precautions necessary to prevent anyone from entering the MAC building after 4:30 p.m. Central Time on Business Days for any reason, unless it is local fire, police, ambulance, or other emergency personnel. a. The Contractor shall permit emergency personnel to enter the building as required. b. Tenants working after hours must use their own access card to enter the building.
