States’ real and perceived strengths and weaknesses in operating an ADHC in Chittenden County. 2.1.2.The community’s perception of VVH. 2.1.3.What licensure may be required for the business (local, state, and federal)? 2.1.4.What regulatory and legislative burdens must be overcome? 2.1.5.What compatible providers may be interested in establishing a relationship and under what terms? 2.1.6.What is the likely capital investment for the ADHC? 2.1.7.What survey, regulatory, or legislative compliance issues remain and the time that might be involved in resolving each?
