Specifications include, but are not limited to: Individuals receiving medication as part of their treatment for opioid use disorders though opioid treatment program (Hubs) require locking boxes in which to store take home medications. The successful vendor will provide metal locking boxes with unique key and/or combination lock suitable for this purpose. The successful vendor will demonstrate that they can routinely meet the State of Vermont’s needs for locking boxes. The following are three required item/sizes required on a regular basis: 2.1.1.Key lock boxes with two included keys Size 7.9” x 6.5” x 3.5” 2.1.2.3-digit combination lock boxes for convenient and keyless security, but also a backup key. Size 7.25” x 10” x 7.75” 2.1.3.Privacy key lock boxes with 2 keys, Size – outside dimensions 3.30” high by 7.90” wide by 6.10” deep inside dimension 3.00” H x 7.70” W x 5.70” D.
