Minimum Vendor/Professional Qualifications The vendor shall provide proof of a valid Arkansas Contractors License The vendor shall provide proof of a City of Little Rock Business License. The vendor shall carry the following insurances throughout the term of the contract and any extension thereof. The vendor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Little Rock as additional insured prior to award of a resulting contract.
