Specifications include, but are not limited to: OPTION #1: The Successful Offeror will provide the laundry equipment and service as the “included” free laundry program for students. Offeror will require a fee of $_____ per student per semester based upon an estimated average of 3,500 students each fall semester and 3,200 students each spring semester. EKU will provide summer school housing at an average of 200 students within a dedicated residence hall as well as 200 students within Grand Campus. EKU will have the right to charge an amount to be determined by EKU Housing and Residence Life of which EKU will then retain the difference per student per semester. OPTION #2: The Successful Offeror will provide the laundry equipment and service at cost to the University if all machines are pay-per-use by the student. Machines will need to be coin operated and preferably operated via an app that allows students to pay for their laundry in the app. EKU will provide summer school housing at an average of 200 students within a dedicated residence hall and 200 students within Grand Campus. Offeror should also include the cost if the units at Grand Campus are not pay-per-use and instead charged at a flat rate per unit. EKU will have the right to charge an amount to be determined by EKU Housing and Residence Life of which EKU will then retain the difference per student per semester.
