Specifications include, but are not limited to: the removal of approximately 5,200 linear feet of taxiway pavement and the construction of approximately 2,700 linear feet of new concrete taxiway pavement. The removal includes approximately 22,500 SY of concrete pavement, 33,000 SY of asphalt pavement, 2,000 SY of combination asphalt/concrete pavement, 3,800 LF of drainage pipe, 2,000 LF of concrete ditch, 1,500 LF of fence removal, and the associated drainage structures, existing lighting infrastructure and pavement marking. The construction includes approximately 66,400 CY of embankment, 37,500 CY of excavation, 41,500 SY of new concrete taxiway pavement, 33,600 SY of asphalt shoulder, 9,400 SY of new concrete roads, 4,200 LF of reinforced concrete pipe, 12,200 LF of concrete ditch paving, 3,900 LF of fence, 60,000 SF of pavement marking, and the associated bases course(s), underdrains, drainage structures, taxiway edge lighting, centerline lighting, guidance signs, airfield electrical lighting infrastructure, and FAA communications infrastructure as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.
