Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Deliver high quality, continuing education through lecture and practical training sessions in accordance with New Hampshire Bureau of Emergency Services (NHBEMS) and National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) standards.; 2. Deliver monthly, four (4) trainings per month. With adjustments to ensure each shift receives EMS continuing education.; 3. Deliver educational topics that will meet all requirements for NREMT national component hours.; Deliver high quality, continuing education through lecture and practical training sessions in accordance with New Hampshire Bureau of Emergency Services and National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) standards.; Deliver educational topics that will meet requirements for NREMT national component hours.; Work with the contact person to adjust the EMS training schedule for holidays and pre-scheduled department conflicts. The calendar year schedule will be completed each year before the end of December.; Provide any equipment for training not available from the Merrimack Fire Department.; Instructional staff shall be responsible for submitting completed training attendance records in accordance with NREMT and NHBEMS regulations to the Merrimack Fire Department designated Training Officer.; Instructional staff shall be responsible for submitting required paperwork to NHBEMS for trainings when applicable.; Instructional staff shall be responsible for adhering to the code of conduct.; Training schedules will be provided by January. Each month will have four (4) three (3) hour trainings per month. Training schedules will include the topic and a breakdown of hours for national, state/local, and individual components.; In case of pandemic, repurpose of training room, or similar incident the vendor shall provide live on-line training.
