Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the College’s need for a plagiarism detection solution as described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the College receives the most current state-of-the-art plagiarism detection software solution. The College seeks a cloud-based plagiarism detection software solution that integrates with the learning management system, Brightspace by D2L “D2L” that will detect originality in submitted work. The College desires to offer this service within all courses using D2L. This solution should support a wide variety of user devices desktop pcs, laptops, tablets and smartphones. Additionally, it should be tested and supported in multiple internet browsers.
