Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Coastal Division Air Operations Unit, the services described herein: furnish all labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide five (5) days per week Janitorial Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid City or County Business License throughout the term of the agreement. B. Contractor shall provide Certificate of Insurance and Fidelity Bond per Exhibit E. C. Contractor is required to include the cost of all labor, equipment (including brooms, buffers, mops, etc.), transportation, materials, supplies, operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and other items required to perform all work for janitorial services as per the following Scope of Work.
