Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation State Water Project Bureau (SWPB) is seeking a Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering firms qualified to complete feasibility study associated with the Willow Creek Dam Rehabilitation Project located four miles east of Harrison in Madison County, MT. The SWPB will evaluate proposals from firms desiring to be considered for this project. The consultant’s work will generally consist of familiarizing themselves with existing information, coordination of stakeholder and public meetings, ability to pay analysis, simplified PFMA analysis, cadastral surveying, topographic surveying, bathymetric surveying, inundation analysis, loss of life analysis, site specific PMP analysis, inflow design flood determination, breach mapping, geotechnical analysis, geotechnical field investigation, tower safety evaluation, outlet gates evaluation, access road design, instrumentation analysis, dam ownership analysis, environmental assessment, and final report.
