Specifications include, but are not limited to: solicit proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of Alaska State Land Survey No. 20210002. This project lies within the Unorganized Borough approximately 26 miles west of Glennallen, AK at approximate milepost 5 of Lake Louise Road which is at approximate milepost 159 of the Glenn Highway. This project lies within the Chitina Recording District and is subject to Unorganized Borough subdivision & platting regulations. ; Task 1 – Control Survey and Preliminary Fieldwork (Refer to the Survey Instructions for specific detail): i. Tie control monuments to establish the Small Lakes Subdivision parent parcel boundaries, ii. Obtain sufficient data for an OPUS Shared Solution, ; Task 2 – Design/Monumentation Plan and Preliminary Platting: i. Identify any problems or conflicts. ii. Provide DNR with draft Design/Monumentation Plan. Deliverables include: 1. A detailed project report/narrative discussing the project, field procedures used, conditions found, proposed solutions to problems, adjustments made to the parcel boundaries, and any other pertinent data; 2. An AutoCAD drawing compatible file and a PDF document printable at scale; 3. Digital copies of field notes, computations, proposed parcel closures and areas, and georeferenced photographs of recovered monuments.
