Specifications include, but are not limited to: Planting and maintaining of City flower beds located at City parking garages and lots. Services include: Pre-Season- Remove old compost, mulch and debris as needed and rototill. Annually-Edge flowerbeds; add organic granular pro-grow fertilizer. Weekly- Replace any dead flowers, check flowers for insect and disease, apply protective measures as needed; weed all beds, add compost and mulch to beds as needed, sweep and clean up trash from beds. Biweekly - Pinch back plants and apply liquid fertilizer. Watering - All beds are to be watered weekly, applied at no less than 1 inch over the entire bed. Post Season - Rake, remove debris, Rototill, and plant annual rye seeds in all flower beds
