Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive performance improvement activities related to clinical ancillary services and revenue cycle. The work may include but is not limited to LEAN education/training, Value Stream Analysis, facilitating Kaizen events, metric development, action plan development, implementation assistance, and coaching for success. If global services are available, please include the pricing. ; Quality Respondent will participate in scoping of all projects. Respondent will assist in the development of metrics and reporting of results for each project. Respondent will provide ongoing (up to 3 months) coaching to management to support success for each project post go-live. Training and Experience Respondent will employ professionals that demonstrate the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years LEAN performance improvement experience in an acute care setting. Clinical expertise and clinical credentials preferred. Working knowledge of clinical ancillary departments functions. Working knowledge of revenue cycle – hospital and physician practice. Expertise in training front-line staff, providers and developing performance improvement skills for mid-level managers. Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage staff of all levels. Adaptive to different EMRs.
