Specifications include, but are not limited to: Architectural/Engineering Services as it relates to the design and development of a proposed 22+/- acre park located at 8274 Winchester Avenue, Inwood, WV 25428. Working with the Berkeley County the successful Architectural/Engineering firm will assist in or be responsible for: 1. Programming/Schematic Design. a. Firm will assist Berkeley County in designing the Inwood Community Park to include parking areas, stormwater management areas, walking/biking trails, restrooms, pavilions, etc. b. The completed schematic design documents will define the size, appearance, project scope of work and preliminary cost analysis. 2. Design Development/Construction Drawings. a. Design Development phase is intended to refine the scope of work approved by the Council. b. Construction drawings to be based on information approved in the design development phase and will be used for the bidding of the project. The design of engineered systems involving mechanical, electrical, structural, and telecommunications to be included. 3. Bidding. a. Firm to be responsible for responding to questions from bidders, issue addenda as necessary and conduct at least one (1) pre-bid conference. b. Upon receipt of bids will work with the County Council in reviewing submissions.
