Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Greene County Assessor will contract for a Professional Appraiser or Appraisal Firm to provide Appraisal Services for the 2022 Cyclical Reassessment for all properties involving residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial, exempt and utility parcels in Greene County. The Professional Appraiser or Appraisal Firm’s Project Supervisor must be certified by the State of Indiana as a Level III Assessor-Appraiser and possess professional credentials from a member of the nation’s Appraisal Foundation. Perspective bidders must have extensive experience in the use and application of Indiana Assessment Standards and a thorough understanding of the income method of valuation.
