Specifications include, but are not limited to: A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a newly constructed laboratory building located on the University of Idaho, Parma Research and Extension Campus in Parma, Idaho. The Idaho Center for Plant and Soil Health will be a single-level, 9,600 square foot building. The facility will contain dedicated laboratory space for research related to nematology, pomology, plant pathology, microbiology, and hops quality. The structure will consist of a steel column / beam assembly with open web steel joist roof system. Building and site services to consist of, but not limited to, roof-top mechanical equipment, water connection to existing campus well, new fire suppression water storage tank, wastewater connection to City of Parma sewer system, and new transformer / generator. Lab equipment for project will be a mix of contractor and owner furnished with coordinated install by contractor as identified in project documents.
