Specifications include, but are not limited to: All labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Asphalt Pathways Crack Sealing and Surfacing. The Carson City Mac West Parking Lot Project will consist of demolition of existing asphalt and grindings, concrete sidewalk and curbing, earthwork cut and fill, grading, installation of sidewalk, curb, gutter, driveway aprons, asphalt driveway and parking lot, striping, signs, wheel stops, landscape planting, irrigation all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. Temporary fencing, minor traffic control signage, barricades, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction and reasonable public access into the building throughout the duration of the project is also included. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
