Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded Bidder will provide physical exams, as needed, that are 1910.120 compliant. Those exams will include: Procedure: Physical Exam Audiogram Pulmonary Function Test (Spirometry) Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) Zinc Protoporphyrin (ZZP) Test Uric Acid Test Lift and Grip Test – 40lbs The exact lift test will be determined working with the awarded Bidder. Blood Draw Heavy Metals Testing Lead Mercury Arsenic Silica Exam (when applicable) Silica Exam Silica Questionnaire Silica Clearance Exam – if done separately from the above OSHA exam Chest X-ray with B-Read Tuberculosis (TB) Test The awarded Bidder will also be utilized if an exposure to one of our MaineDOT workers should occur in an emergency. MaineDOT will utilize the awarded Bidder to assist in determine the extent/seriousness of the exposure and possible treatment options. MaineDOT personnel, who will be in need of these services, are based in Augusta, Maine. Due to this, and the chance for these services being needed on an emergency basis, Bidders must demonstrate they will provide these services within a 45-mile radius of Augusta.
