Contractor agrees to provide the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds (if required), license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide car wash equipment maintenance. 6. Monthly Maintenance A. Contractor shall check chemical levels and add additional chemicals if needed. B. Contractor shall check the pH of the water to ensure it is not less than 5.5 or higher than 8.5 and adjust as needed. C. Check Mi-T-M microbes levels and add as needed. D. Contractor shall test equipment monthly by running the system to ensure proper operation. 8. Semi-Annual Maintenance A. Contractor shall pump out the pit on a semi-annual basis. B. Contractor shall ensure the pit is clean and free of basis. 9. Chemicals Contractor shall provide all chemicals, microbes and any other required chemicals needed for the operation of the car wash station.
