Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security risk assessments for the following city owned facilities: City Hall; 226 W. 4th Street Public Works Facility; 1200 E. 46th Street River’s Edge; 700 W. River Drive Junior Theater; 2822 Eastern Avenue Roosevelt Community Center; 1220 Minnie Avenue Security risk assessment for each of the above locations to include: A physical evaluation during and after operating hours. A Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) or comparable evaluation of each city owned facility and identify security related threats from internal and external sources during and after standard business hours. Interviews with staff that shall be focused on individual observations of security measures. Review of current security systems and current security related policies and procedures. Crime analysis, including a review of incident reports for the past two years. Establish emergency escape routes for fire and active threat situations. Prepare and deliver a security risk assessment report, including cost estimates, to provide recommendations for: Technical and physical security measures to mitigate or reduce risk to staff, visitors and physical assets. Modifications to existing policies and procedures, as appropriate. New policies, procedures and recommended practices. Provide staff training to city employees at the above mentioned facilities to include the following: (multiple trainings may be required based on quantity of employees and hours of operations) Active attacker and active threat training De-escalation training Emergency escape route training
