Specifications include, but are not limited to: An evaluation of the STATE’s Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (CCCP). The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH), Division of Community and Health Systems, Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (CCCP) is soliciting proposals for an evaluation contractor capable of conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the Department’s statewide CCCP. The CCCP evaluation will utilize CDC’s six-step framework for program evaluation and focus on the main components of CCCP partnerships, development and implementation of the North Dakota Statewide Cancer Plan, and the implementation and outcomes of programmatic activities including our annual sub-contract program. Comprehensive evaluation includes CCCP activities, the activities of the ND Cancer Coalition and other key partners, stakeholders and sub-contract grantees, and the projects and grants associated with the CCCP. The offeror should be skilled in evaluation principles and techniques with the ability to develop reports and share results. Familiarity with the CDC Framework for Program Evaluation as well as the DP22-2202 Funding Opportunity Announcement is also important.
