Provide Price Structure for Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Services District Wide for HVAC Systems as designed by Engineer of Record for Various Maintenance and Construction Projects. Meet with Construction Department, Energy & Environmental Management Department, and Engineer of Record to establish project goals and timelines. Test and Balance Company is to specialize in Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of HVAC systems, with a minimum of Five Years Documented Experience and Certified by AABC, NEBB, or TABB. Test and Balance Work is to be performed by TAB technician certified by ABC, NEBB, or TABB. Test and Balance Work is to be supervised by a TAB Field Supervisor Certified by AABC, NEBB, or TABB. Perform Testing, adjusting and balancing procedures on each system identified in Mechanical Engineering plans and specifications, in accordance with the detailed procedures outlined in the referenced Engineering standards. Test and Balance work is to comply with NEBB’s “Procedural Standards for Testing, Adjusting and balancing of Environmental Systems.” Test and Balance Report is to be based on the use of standard forms from AABC’s “National Standards for Total System Balance.” Test and Balance Reports are to be addressed to UISD and Respective Applicable Engineering Consultants. Test and Balance Reports are to be reviewed by UISD and Respective Applicable Engineering Consultants. Test and Balance Corrections are to be coordinated through UISD and Respective Applicable Engineering Consultants. At 90 Days of having completed Test and Balance Work, Performed QA Testing and Balancing to verify that balanced conditions are being maintained as designed; Corrections are to be coordinated through UISD as warranty. Distribute Final Report in printed and PDF formats to Construction Department, Energy & Environmental Management Department, and Engineer of Record.
