Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove the Mitsubishi Electric Model Number: PUY-A24NHA7; Serial Number: 6XU00401A 410 Refrigerant 24000 BTU condenser and HVAC lines away from existing roof jack where the new 7.5 ton unit will be installed; • Relocate the existing Mitsubishi condenser to different location (to be determined by TMD representative ) on the roof and relocate the refrigerant lines and electrical through an existing penetration; • Provide and Install new 7.5 Ton package unit/Heat Pump, Trane Heat/Pump model WSC090H3ROA005D, 11EER or better; • Contractor will provide all necessary equipment to transport, place and install new 7.5 ton unit to include crane services; • Remove existing roof cap from the existing roof curb and set new curb adaptor on top of existing curb; • Contractor will run updated electrical service to 7.5 ton package unit to existing disconnect (the Mitsubishi will require new electrical service and will be installed by new location of Mitsubishi Condenser); • Pressure check all joints; • Reconnect all drain lines; • Install/connect smoke alarm in new unit; • Install refrigerant to both new 7.5 ton package unit and Mitsubishi systems; • Repair holes in duct work and sheet metal in Room 204; • New and relocated units shall be compatible with existing electrical service. Any modifications required to electrical service shall be included in contractors cost of work; • Contractors shall start-up and verify proper operation of the Mitsubishi and 7.5 ton package unit; • All units to be provided with new 7-day programmable thermostat; • Contractor shall include costs for weather protection, roof protection, curb modification, adapt-a-curb, etc. as may be required to furnish and install units; • Contractor shall provide all hoisting required completing this scope of work; • Minimum Warranty: one (1) year labor and five (5) years parts, to include Manufacturer’s Standard on equipment; • Proposal shall include proposed unit’s submittal cut-sheets; • Inspect and repair/replace curbing on RTU as necessary; • Flush and clean existing condensation drain lines for any blockage; • Replace any existing gas shut off valves, regulator and flex lines to meet current codes; • Contractor shall remove and dispose of all defective materials in performance of the service in strict compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, codes, laws, ordinances, statutes, etc.
