Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University invites you to submit a proposal to assist in facilitating an international educational opportunity for students and faculty in the Executive MBA (EMBA) program. The proposal will provide a comprehensive travel program for Summer 2022. Respondents will need to coordinate accommodations, interpretation services, transportation, meals, and business logistics management services. The C.T. Bauer College of Business focuses on the importance of international business and prepares students to assume a leadership role in the global marketplace, with an International Business Residency trip forming a part of the academic curriculum. The international trips will allow students and faculty members to visit and conduct site visits of global companies, meet with business leaders, and learn about local culture(s). Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) services to the University, (2) total overall cost to the University, and (3) project management expertise. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for Services
