Implementation and integration support of third-party applications not limited to: Mulesoft, OKTA, Content Composer, and OnBase 2.2.1.3. Internal Delegate Admin Support on Applications 2.2.1.4. Data Management support 2.2.1.5. Additional Support including bug fixes and issue resolution 2.2.1.6. Periodic Security checks for the Platform and Applications 2.2.1.7. Training Support for the Platform and Applications 2.2.1.8. Provide proactive suggestions for improvements to the Platform 2.2.1.9. Data Model Development and Testing 2.2.1.10. QA and QC testing of in development Salesforce applications
