Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Digital Services, on behalf of the Agency of Education, (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contract with a vendor that can provide implementation of the Ed-Fi standard and model at the state level which will streamline collection from Local Education Agencies (LEA)s through an API process, standardized operational data store (ODS), and near real-time feedback loops for data quality checks. The Ed-Fi interoperability framework also facilitates collecting required LEA information. The Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) is looking to pilot Ed-Fi for the 2022-2023 school year with the hopes of implementing it statewide in the following years.
