Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Successful Respondent shall direct the research and all related activities of the Program, ensuring the integrity of the research model, data and related reports. 4.1.2 Successful Respondent shall assist in the development and implementation of a data collection plan and system. 4.1.3 Successful Respondent shall provide assistance with planning strategies and activities to ensure the strength of learning components are addressed in the Program. 4.1.4 Successful Respondent shall create, coordinate, and evaluate all aspects of instruction, training, and professional development for school educators and program staff. 4.1.5 Successful Respondent shall provide consultation work with school counselors, teachers, school officials, and local schools districts to develop and implement advising intervention strategies, plan professional development activities, and develop feedback and assessment tools related to the Program. 4.1.6 Successful Respondent shall provide support data analysis, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives for the Program. 4.1.7 Successful Respondent shall perform other duties as assigned. 4.1.8 Successful Respondent shall complete an assessment of the Program 4.1.9 Successful Respondent shall produce written report(s) on the outcomes of the Program. 4.2 Personally Identifiable Information (PII) 4.2.1 Successful Respondent shall provide a secure network that prohibits the disclosure of PII. 3.2.2 Respondent shall provide a system that complies with Iowa Code Chapter 22.11, FERPA, PPRA, and COPPA regulations.
