Specifications include, but are not limited to: Single story house, approximately 1,000 square feet located at 417 Hillside Drive, Kodiak Alaska 99615. The complete structure must be removed from the property. The City of Kodiak warrants that the City is the true and lawful owner of the structure, and that the structure is free of any and all legal claims, encumbrances, and offsets by others. The City of Kodiak further warrants the interior of the structure is free of asbestos-containing-materials (ACM) and lead-based paint. The structure will be sold “As-Is / Where Is” without any warranties, express or implied, as to its condition. The Buyer has the option to personally inspect the structure and agrees to accept it “AsIs / Where Is”.
