Specifications include, but are not limited to: assist OMB in fulfilling its critical role to assist State agencies to obtain equipment All Risk Insurance protection in terms of coverages, limits, rates, and premiums.; The broker will manage the State's All Risk Insurance program by reviewing, placing, or renewing the current All Risk Insurance.; The selected broker will work with the Risk Management division of OMB and state agencies in areas such as equipment and physical damage.; 1. Make recommendations regarding carriers, coverage, limits, terms, conditions, and exposures.; 2. Obtain the approval of the State Risk Management or appropriate State agency prior to placing the insurance coverage.; 3. Assist the State in marketing and placement of renewals in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.; 4. Collect lists of items to be covered from each participating agency and obtain coverage by July 1, 2022, for the items. In addition, maintain and keep the list updated and renew coverage annually.; 5. Administration of the policy to include allocation of premium and invoicing to individual State agencies.
